Orders
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders within 1-2 business days. If you need to cancel or make changes, please contact our support team immediately. If the order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it, but you can return it once it arrives.
I didn’t receive an order confirmation. What should I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder. If it is not there within 24 hours, please contact us and we will verify your order status.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard delivery time is 4-12 business days (including 1-2 days processing). We ship Monday through Friday.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to a variety of regions. Please check your address at checkout to confirm delivery availability for your location.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@lilatoronto.com with your order number. Our support team will provide instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
When will I receive my refund?
Once received and inspected, please allow up to 7 days for the refund to be processed to your original payment method.
