Return & Refund Policy

At Lila Toronto, we want you to feel as confident in our pieces as we do. If your order isn't a perfect fit or isn't exactly what you envisioned, our team is here to help you find a resolution. We offer a 30-day return window from the date your package arrives. Our return and refund policy applies to customers in both Canada and the United States.

Return Standards

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn & Unwashed: In their original, pristine condition.
  • Fully Tagged: With all tags and original packaging included.
  • Safety First: For hygiene reasons, certain items are non-returnable. These will be clearly noted on the individual product pages.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

All returns require prior approval from our customer support team to ensure proper handling. Please do not send items back without authorization.

  1. Contact Us: Email support@lilatoronto.com with your Order Number.
  2. Receive Instructions: Our team will review your request and provide return instructions along with the return address.
  3. Ship Your Return: Carefully package the item and send it to the return facility provided.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or item, we are happy to help. Once your original item has been received and inspected, we will process your exchange and ship the new item to you.

Shipping & Refunds

  • Wrong or Defective Items: Lila Toronto will cover return shipping costs for incorrect or damaged arrivals.
  • Change of Mind: For standard returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 days, in the original payment currency (CAD for Canadian orders, USD for US orders).

No Restocking Fees

We believe in a transparent shopping experience. Lila Toronto does not charge restocking fees for any authorized returns or exchanges that meet our Return Standards.
