- Shipping Days: Monday - Friday (No weekend shipping)
Order Processing & Handling Time
All orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment hubs within 1 to 2 business days. Please note that orders are shipped Monday through Friday only.
- We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
- Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM EST.
- Orders placed after the cut-off time on Friday or over the weekend will be processed the next business day.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our support team at support@lilatoronto.com.
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage.
- If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier office first.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the shipping address entered is correct. If you provided an incorrect address, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
Order Cancellations
We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Orders can only be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@lilatoronto.com with your order number. Once this 2-hour window has passed, the order is sent to our fulfillment center and cannot be cancelled.
